Han River, Seoul - South Korea
The Han River or Hangang is a major river in South Korea, with some of its tributaries and drainage basin in North Korea. It is the fourth longest river on the Korean peninsula after the Yalu ("Amnok"), Tumen ("Tuman"), and Nakdong rivers. The river begins as two smaller rivers in the eastern mountains of the Korean peninsula, which then converge near Seoul. The lower stretches of the Han River are lined with pedestrian walkways, bicycle paths, public parks and restaurants, particularly in Seoul.

When Mohegan Sun is louder than Times Square on New Years Eve
I never got to go to that observation deck when I visited Philadelphia in September of 2020. When I went inside that tower attempting access that floor a staff member told me it was closed due to not the fact they weren't getting enough tourists. At least I got a good observation deck view of Dallas back in 2018. Those were some awesome views in your video however.
